Ninaya Strandberg
Ninaya Strandberg is a holistic health coach and yoga instructor, specializing in healing with warm water, mainly watsu (warm-water massage) and colon hydrotherapy (internal cleansing). She’s born and raised in Sweden, a world traveling health ambassador, who’s has worked closely with leading health icons such as Anthony Robbins, Ana Forest, Connie Allred and Harold Dull. She is a mother, a doula, a dancer, a world-cuisine chef, a nutritional consultant and long-time producer of international family wellness retreats, seasonal cleanse programs and water therapy classes.

Aviva Chernick
Aviva is a Ba’alat Neginah (prayer leader), award-winning musician, and mindfulness educator based in Toronto. For the past twelve years, alongside an active performing and touring career, she has served in and around Toronto and as a guest in communities across North America leading and teaching about the voice in prayer. Aviva has completed her training as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher with the Institute for Jewish Spirituality and is the founder of the sitting and singing community called neySHEV. Her newest album La Serena will be released May 2019.
